By booking a trek or tour with Peruvian Eco Lodge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, including all bookings and interactions with our website.

1. Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the tour you choose. All payments must be made in advance through the payment methods specified on our website. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees
• Within 30 days of the tour: No refund

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

3. Health and Safety

You must ensure that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in the trek or tour you have booked. If you have any health conditions that may affect your participation, please inform us before booking. We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe your health or safety is at risk.

4. Responsibility

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, you are responsible for your actions during the trek. You must follow the instructions of your guide and be aware of the potential risks associated with outdoor activities.

5. Changes to the Itinerary

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. We will do our best to ensure minimal disruption to your tour.

6. Liability

Peruvian Eco Lodge is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by factors outside of our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or strikes. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during your trek for marketing or promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the last revision will be noted at the top of this page.
